The living room has two couches, a fireplace, smartTV, and extra sitting space. The full kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, all the cooking gear you may need and bar seating. Enjoy the fireplace and lake views from the attached dining area as you wind down and connect with friends.

The sun room has a gorgeous view with comfy seating and an attached deck. The deck boasts epic views of the lake and is equipped with a dining table, grill and steps down to the outdoor fire pit.

The Neighborhood

Perched above the trees, you’ll love soaking in the lakefront view from this property.  While there is no direct water access from the property, guests enjoy walking or driving to the nearby Lakepoint Marina or Granton Boat Launch for swimming, picnics and boat rentals.

At the house you'll enjoy lake views from the primary bedroom, sunroom and three different deck options!  Bring your family, friends, pets and relax. Enjoy the views from the elevated porch, spend a few hours bird watching near the peaceful lake, or head to the boat launch, marina, community swimming pool or beautiful hiking trails.
