The Space
The Punktuary was started during the height of Covid shut down. Created as a vibrant space for individuals and teams to collaborate, have a few hours of quiet or take a nap between zoom meetings. The Punktuary became a precious space during a time when it was truly needed. A co-working community for entrepreneurs, creatives, and remote workers.
Among other things, a punk is a smoldering stick that is used for lighting fireworks. Punktuary was designed to activate the same way; a place where people gather & sparks fly.
From the time you step in the front door and are greeted by a generous dining table and colorful meditation cushions, you'll begin to feel your shoulders relax and your genius kick in. Enjoy excellent wifi, a fully stocked kitchen, a downstairs half bathroom and living room equipped with flat screen TV. Kick back and enjoy complimentary Netflix or a fantastic book from the wall of banned books! Each book is from a banned book list, somewhere in the world.
Downstairs you'll also find a generous primary bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, Large attached bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks and soft seating. Take a moment to write on a post card something you'd like to do before you die and read what previous guests have said.
The backyard has tons of seating and a propane heater for the cold winter nights. Cushions are located in the large bins by the side of the house.
Upstairs you'll find 2 full bedrooms with Queen Trundle Beds for a total of 4 queen mattresses. Upstairs also has a full bathroom, conference room with sound lounge/record playing equipment, large marker board and a phone booth!

The Neighborhood
Located in the heart of Downtown Rogers, you'll enjoy walking to restaurants, walking trails, pump tracks, outdoor entertainment and shopping.
