The Space

Welcome to Rider’s Roost! This is a two bedroom, 1 and a half bath home tucked into a charming Bella Vista neighborhood. Upon entering, you’ll notice the kitchen, complete with a large fridge, oven, stovetop, and coffee maker, as well as all the kitchen utensils you need!

Past the kitchen is the dining and living room space. The dining table seats four people and the living room has a brown leather couch with two chairs on either side, as well as a coffee table in the middle of it all! There is a fireplace in the living room with a large flat screen TV right next to it. A spacious porch sits next to the living room with an inviting seating area for you to enjoy your morning coffee or tea.

The beds are dressed with 100% cotton sheets and each bedroom has closet space you can utilize during your stay.

The Neighborhood

The Rider's Roost is the perfect place to relax and recharge before heading out to some of Northwest Arkansas’ best mountain biking trails. This home, tucked into a Bella Vista neighborhood on a quiet road, is a 15 minute bike ride to the Back 40 trails! Whether your in the mood for a nice stroll in the neighborhood or to hit some trials, this home has it all.
