The Space

Professionally decorated and perfectly appointed with all the essentials, guests will enjoy a super comfortable and deep down wrapped sofa for lounging, a professional grade dart board, cozy seating, 100% organic cotton bedding, high end hotel quality mattresses & pillows, organic bath products from Beekman's 1802 and plenty of coffee to get you going before your morning ride.

The living room boasts a 65 inch smart TV with complimentary Netflix, plenty of very comfortable seating for you and your friends, and a cozy Ozarks vibe. Each bedroom has a King size bed, plenty of storage for clothes and personal items, room darkening shades, indirect lighting and a desk for those on a workation. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need for meal and snack prep, including an ice maker, Keurig coffee machine and gas stove. The backyard has a lovely little sitting area, BBQ grill, string lights and a large lockable shed for bike storage (bring your own lock :)

This low key / high vibe downtown cottage is located just steps to Phat Tire, First Seat, Town Square and is also a quick walk to Pedaler's Pub, Skylight movie theater and even the Slaughter Pen Trail System. Located right off Central & D, you'll love this little oasis located in the heart of all the Downtown Action.
